Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TabReign browser extension ("Extension") and the TabReign website at tabreign.com ("Website"), operated by Hexaglobe ("we", "us", "our").

By installing the Extension or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Description of Service

TabReign is a browser extension for Chromium-based browsers that manages duplicate tabs, organizes tabs by domain, and provides productivity features. It is available as a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with the full feature set.

2. Free Tier

The free tier of TabReign is provided at no cost and includes duplicate tab detection, up to 5 domain rules, a custom homepage, and the tab manager overview. The free tier may be used indefinitely without an account or registration.

3. Pro License

The Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all Pro features of the Extension. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or renewals.

• Each license key is tied to the email address used at purchase.
• Your license syncs across all browsers signed into your Chrome account via Chrome's built-in sync.
• License keys are for personal use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraud or abuse.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. The final charge is in the currency shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the Extension does not work as described. To request a refund, contact tabreign-support@hexaglobe.com with your purchase email. Upon refund, your Pro license will be revoked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension in ways that bypass license validation.
• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to abuse the license validation or payment systems.
• Share or redistribute license keys.

7. Intellectual Property

TabReign, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Hexaglobe. The license you purchase grants usage rights to the Extension only. It does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexaglobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the Extension from time to time. Pro features included with your license may change, but core functionality will be maintained. We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms, with prior notice where feasible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
